Job Summary:

At Royz Group, we are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our dynamic team. We are a leading company in the constructions and we pride ourselves on delivering innovative and exceptional projects to our clients. As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in the success of our projects and the growth of our company.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize and execute projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to client’s satisfaction
• Create detailed project plans and delegate tasks effectively to the project team
• Monitor and track project progress, identify potential risks and develop solutions to mitigate them
• Coordinate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
• Communicate project updates, timelines, and deliverables to all stakeholders, including clients, team members, and management
• Conduct regular project meetings and provide status reports to keep everyone informed and aligned
• Manage project budgets and resources, ensuring optimal utilization and cost-effectiveness
• Follow quality standards and procedures to ensure project deliverables meet or exceed expectations
• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to project team members, promoting a positive and productive work environment
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of project management within the company

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the construction sector
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and multi-tasking skills
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Expertise in project management tools and methodologies
• Experience with budgeting, resource allocation, and quality management
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• PMP certification is a plus
