Reporting Structure: Reports to Design Manager / Project Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Draftsman to join our team at Royz Group in the Construction industry. The Draftsman will be responsible for preparing accurate technical drawings, plans and layouts based on engineering and architectural requirements. This role requires strong technical knowledge, attention to detail and proficiency in computer-aided design software.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed technical drawings and construction plans
• Develop layouts based on engineering and architectural specifications
• Modify drawings according to project requirements
• Coordinate with engineers, architects and project teams
• Maintain accurate drawing records and revisions

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or related field
• Proven experience as a Draftsman in the construction industry
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and relevant drafting software
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Skills:

• Excellent AutoCAD and technical drawing skills
• Knowledge of construction drawings and standards
• Strong visualization and drafting abilities
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work under deadlines
