Job Summary:

We are seeking a hardworking and enthusiastic Commis Chef to join our kitchen team at Royz Group. The Commis Chef will assist senior chefs with food preparation, cooking and maintaining kitchen standards. This role provides an excellent opportunity to develop culinary skills while working in a professional kitchen environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist chefs with daily food preparation and cooking
• Prepare ingredients according to kitchen requirements
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
• Store food and ingredients correctly
• Follow recipes, portion standards and food safety procedures

Qualifications:

• Culinary qualification or relevant training preferred
• Previous kitchen experience is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of food preparation
• Understanding of kitchen hygiene and safety
• Willingness to learn and develop culinary skills
