Reporting Structure: Reports to Business Development Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team at Royz Group in the Construction industry. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships and supporting revenue growth. This role requires excellent communication, networking and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Research potential clients and market opportunities
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Prepare proposals and business presentations
• Negotiate agreements and support deal closures

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• Proven experience in business development or sales
• Experience in the construction industry preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and target-oriented approach

Skills:

• Excellent networking and interpersonal skills
• Strong presentation and negotiation abilities
• Ability to generate and follow up on leads
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
