Job Summary:

We are seeking an analytical and results-driven Business Analyst to join our team at Royz Group in the Construction industry. The Business Analyst will support business decision-making by analyzing operational and financial data, identifying trends and developing actionable insights. This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate findings effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business, financial and operational data
• Prepare reports, dashboards and performance analysis
• Identify trends, risks and opportunities for improvement
• Support strategic planning and business decisions
• Collaborate with departments to understand business requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field
• Proven experience in business or data analysis
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent understanding of business processes
• Strong communication and presentation abilities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
• Knowledge of data analysis and visualization
