Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Bartender to join our team at Royz Group. The Bartender will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining service standards and delivering an excellent guest experience. This role requires strong communication skills, product knowledge and the ability to work efficiently in a busy hospitality environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve beverages according to company standards
• Provide professional and friendly customer service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Monitor stock levels and report supply requirements
• Process customer orders and payments accurately

Qualifications:

• Previous bartending experience preferred
• Knowledge of beverage preparation and service
• Good understanding of hygiene and safety standards
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work flexible shifts
