Reporting Structure: Reports to Security Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a vigilant and responsible CCTV Operator to join our team at Royz Group. The CCTV Operator will be responsible for monitoring surveillance systems, identifying security concerns and reporting incidents in a timely manner. This role requires strong observation skills, attention to detail and the ability to respond appropriately to security situations.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor CCTV cameras and surveillance systems
• Identify and report suspicious activities or incidents
• Maintain accurate surveillance logs and reports
• Coordinate with security personnel when required
• Ensure CCTV equipment is operating properly

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or relevant qualification
• Previous CCTV or security experience preferred
• Knowledge of CCTV monitoring systems
• Strong observation and concentration skills
• Ability to work shifts and remain alert

Skills:

• Excellent observation and attention to detail
• Basic computer and CCTV system knowledge
• Good communication and reporting skills
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• Strong sense of responsibility
