Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly and skilled Barista to join our team at Royz Group. The Barista will be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee and beverages, providing excellent customer service and maintaining a clean and welcoming service environment. This role requires a passion for hospitality, good communication skills and attention to quality.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare coffee, beverages and specialty drinks
• Provide friendly and professional customer service
• Take customer orders and process payments accurately
• Maintain cleanliness of the coffee and service areas
• Monitor beverage supplies and restock ingredients

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Barista preferred
• Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques
• Basic understanding of food and beverage safety
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
